This Zinfandel is sourced mainly from vineyards in Lodi, a region that has gained acclaim and delivers the rich fruit characteristics to this wine. The grapes were whole cluster picked, sorted and destemmed. After a 5 day cold soak the juice was fermented at 90 F then gently pressed. When fermentation was complete,
the wine was racked and put on oak for 9 months.
